However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Eligibility for Refunds
1. Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of the Product:
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.

Non-Refundable Items
• Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Digital Products and Services: Any digital products, software licenses, or services provided by UnifyDrive are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@unifydrive.co to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
3. Shipping the Product: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@unifydrive.co, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
